Andy Surany is Chief Executive Officer at SYRDEC, responsible for SYRDEC’s Safire and Agrosol product lines as well as SYRDEC’s engineering services.

Andy founded SYRDEC in 2007 and has more than 30 years of experience in both business and engineering. He has supported the implementation and launching of online trading systems, was Chief Information Officer (CIO) for a hedge fund, and has held technical leadership positions in support of both commercial and government programs. In addition, he has experience in obtaining funding and supporting acquisition efforts.

Andy holds a BS in Geophysics and Space Physics from UCLA. In his free time he is a model train enthusiast, volunteers in EMS performing advanced life support, and enjoys golfing and sailing.
